we are happy to travel anywhere (within reason) however we may require overnight accomodation and excess travel expenses which we can discuss before booking. (please note we are based in the hereford area HR4).

depending on which package you decide our footprint needs vary. for the duo we would recommend a minimum 2m depth x 3m spread. PV Party/best of both 2m x 4m. PV & the time bandits 3m x 6m. PV & the troubadours (vairiable depending on quantity of musicians) min 4m x 7m.

depending on which package you require our set up times can differ. it is also effected by accessibility/access to the premises or playing area/stage. we recommend allowing the following timescales for each package. PV crooner/all out party/best of both min 1hr. PV & the time bandits min 2hrs. PV & the troubadours min 4-6hrs. these times should include any equipment checks and sound checks.

in the rare occasion that you may need to cancel or rearrange your event we will try our upmost to accommodate any changes. we use standard “music union” approved contracts which covers most situations and explains cancellations and rearrangements in more detail, it also gives piece of mind for both artist and hirer.

yes, we have public liability insurance and all our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.

yes, where needed and agreed. as soon as we have set up our sound system we can provide background music. we also play music between sets and until the end of our contracted finish time. we do not have a dedicated DJ but a virtual DJ playing pre-determined disco playlists. we do try our best to play guests song requests however our team may be busy De-rigging equipment and may not be in a position to meet all  your guests requests.

yes, as long it is in our repertoire. if not then we can always play the recorded version through our sound system.

our requests can vary depending on package, distance, location & timings etc. for example, as a minimum requirement we ask for a case of still water (on stage) for the musicians and that we are fed and watered before our performance. any additional requirements can be discussed by both party’s at the time of booking. once agreed it will be entered into the contract.
